- Billing information: Payment method details are processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number.
- Driver information: Names and email addresses of drivers you invite through the fleet management feature
- Annotations: Highlights, notes, and bookmarks you create within the regulation reader
- Support tickets: Messages and attachments you submit through the support system
- Communications: Emails, feedback, and other messages you send to us
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
- IP address: Collected for security, fraud prevention, and analytics
- Cookies: Used for authentication, preferences, and session management

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored and processed in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted passwords (bcrypt), and secure access controls. However, no security system is completely infallible, and we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every possible security breach.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, your personal data is soft-deleted and permanently removed after 14 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
Driver acknowledgement receipts are retained as long as the fleet manager's account is active, as they serve as compliance records.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your account and personal data
- Export your annotations and data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
