5.4 Managing Your Billing and Payment Method

All billing is managed through a secure Stripe billing portal that you can access from your Account page.

Viewing your subscription

  1. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account.
  2. Scroll to the Subscription section.

You will see:

  • Your current plan name (Pro, Fleet Manager, or Enterprise).
  • Status (Active, Trialing, Past Due, or Canceled).
  • Billing frequency (monthly or annual).
  • Current billing period start and end dates.
  • Your payment method on file (card brand and last 4 digits).

Adding or updating your payment method

  1. On the Account page, click Manage Billing in the Subscription section.
  2. The Stripe billing portal opens in a new tab. You are automatically signed in.
  3. Click Add payment method or Update next to your existing card.
  4. Enter your new card details and save.

Viewing invoices

Inside the Stripe billing portal, you can view and download PDF invoices for all past payments. Click Invoice history to see the full list.

Canceling your subscription

  1. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
  2. Click Cancel plan.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

After canceling:

  • You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • Your data (annotations, driver records, receipts) is preserved.
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.
