If you no longer need eRegs and want to permanently remove your account, you can delete it from the Account page. This action is irreversible.
How to delete your account
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner and select Account.
- Scroll all the way down to the Danger Zone section.
- Click Delete My Account.
- A confirmation dialog appears. Type DELETE (all caps) to confirm.
- Click the confirmation button.
What happens when you delete
- Your subscription is canceled immediately.
- If you are a Fleet Manager or Enterprise account, all drivers are archived.
- All personal data — annotations, bookmarks, notes, account information — is permanently removed.
- You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you are unsure, consider canceling your subscription instead — this pauses your access but preserves all your data so you can return later. See Managing Your Billing and Payment Method.
Before you delete
If you are a Fleet Manager, make sure to download all acknowledgement receipts before deleting your account. Once deleted, receipts are no longer accessible. See Downloading Acknowledgement Receipts.
